Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what Flarial receives, why it is used, and the choices available to you across the website, account services, Windows launcher, and Minecraft Bedrock client.
Flarial (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates flarial.xyz and related Flarial software and services. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@flarial.xyz. The Android app has a separate launcher privacy policy with app-specific details.
Information we handle
The information involved depends on which parts of Flarial you use.
- Website visits: our hosting infrastructure receives standard request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent, requested page, referring page, and time. The site stores your last-opened documentation article in browser local storage. Public Discord invite counts may be requested to display community totals.
- Accounts and purchases: if you sign in with Discord, we receive the account details Discord makes available for the approved scopes, such as your Discord identifier, display name, email address, and avatar. We store account, session, consent, and entitlement records. Stripe handles checkout and payment details; Flarial stores Stripe customer and subscription references, not full card details.
- Windows launcher: the launcher can send a one-way installation identifier, launcher version, event time, and launch or update status. Local launcher preferences remain on your device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
- Minecraft client: the client can report its version, module enable or disable events tied to a hashed device identifier, and public Minecraft usernames used for online-user or role features.
- Crash diagnostics: a crash report can contain stack and log data, Flarial and game versions, enabled modules, recent in-game actions, and a hardware or operating-system summary. Reports are used to reproduce and fix failures.
- Messages and support: if you email us, open a support ticket, or use a Flarial community tool, we receive the account details and content needed to answer or provide that feature.
Flarial does not ask for your Microsoft password, Xbox authentication tokens, account recovery codes, or remote access to your device.
How we use information
- Provide downloads, sign-in, purchases, entitlements, and support.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Flarial.
- Measure launches and feature reliability.
- Prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Advertising
Approved content or support pages may display Google advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies, device information, IP address, consent signals, and ad interactions to provide, secure, and measure ads. Where required, a consent or privacy-options prompt is shown before personalized advertising is used. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and advertising information for details. Download and security pages are not intended to carry ads.
When information is shared
We use service providers where they are needed to run Flarial. These include hosting and security providers, Discord for sign-in and community features, Stripe for billing, and Google for advertising on approved pages. Those providers process information under their own terms and may do so in other countries. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, Flarial, or the public.
Flarial does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information only while it is needed for the purpose described above, to maintain an account or entitlement, resolve a security or support issue, or meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record: sessions and tokens expire, while account and billing records may remain for the life of the account and any required recordkeeping period. Diagnostic records are kept only as long as they remain useful for troubleshooting and security.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and other reasonable safeguards. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
- Clear browser storage to remove the saved documentation preference.
- Use the advertising privacy controls shown where required or manage Google ad settings through Google.
- Disconnect Flarial in Discord’s Authorized Apps.
- Email support@flarial.xyz to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you.
Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, dispute, or legal reasons even after a request.
Children
Flarial is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can consent to data processing or purchases where you live, use account and paid features only with a parent or guardian’s permission. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal information without the required permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Flarial or its providers change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests should be sent to support@flarial.xyz.
