This policy applies to the Android package com.flarialmc.flarial_launcher. For the website, Windows launcher, and Minecraft client, read the main privacy policy. Questions can be sent to support@flarial.xyz.

What the app does

The launcher loads the Flarial client into a locally installed copy of Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Injection, pack management, backups, and most settings are handled on your device. The public Android release does not require Discord or tester approval.

Launch diagnostics

The app sends limited first-party events so we can measure launches and diagnose failures. An event can include:

a one-way hashed installation identifier derived from the Android device identifier, or a locally generated identifier when unavailable;
app version, event time, and a temporary launch-session identifier;
launch source and result, ad provider, and whether an ad completed or was skipped, including a technical reason when available.

Events that cannot be sent immediately may be queued on the device and retried later.

Crash reports

The launcher can upload pending native crash reports after the next app start. A report can include the hashed installation identifier, Flarial and Minecraft versions, Android version, CPU or ABI and core count, available memory and disk space, the signal and fault address, stack data, enabled modules, and the diagnostic dump. Reports are used to reproduce and fix crashes.

Ads and consent

The production app may show an interstitial ad during launch. Google AdMob is the default provider; app configuration may instead open a LootLabs ad in an in-app web view. Advertising providers may process standard network, device, consent, cookie, and interaction data to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.

Google’s User Messaging Platform obtains or refreshes advertising consent where required and makes privacy options available when applicable. Provider processing is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and the LootLabs Privacy Policy.

Optional Discord connection

Connecting Discord is optional in the public release. If you connect it for Flarial+ or tester benefits, the app requests the Discord permissions shown on the authorization screen so Flarial can identify your account and check eligibility. OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted app storage, excluded from Android backups, and removed locally when you disconnect. Tester builds may require an eligible Discord role; the public build does not.

Microsoft sign-in

Microsoft or Xbox sign-in takes place inside Minecraft. The Flarial Launcher does not receive your Microsoft password or the authentication tokens used by Minecraft. Microsoft handles that information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Android permissions

Network access: download Flarial assets, reach Flarial services, connect Discord when requested, load ads, and send diagnostics.
Wi-Fi and multicast state: support local-network discovery and related launcher features.
Display over other apps: show launcher or in-game controls on top of Minecraft.
Notifications, foreground service, and wake lock: keep launch work active and show its status when Android requires it.
Vibration: provide touch feedback.

The app does not request contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, SMS, or call-log permissions.

Sharing, retention, and choices

Depending on the features you use, information may be processed by Flarial’s infrastructure, Google, LootLabs, and Discord. Flarial does not sell personal information. We retain app diagnostics only while needed to operate, secure, or improve the app and handle account records as described in the main privacy policy.

Use the app’s privacy-options entry when it is available.
Disconnect Discord in the app and revoke Flarial in Discord.
Revoke optional Android permissions in system settings; dependent features may stop working.
Uninstall the app to remove its locally stored data.

Children and policy changes

The launcher is not directed to children under 13. Users who cannot consent on their own where they live should use account, advertising, and paid features only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without the required permission.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
