By using Flarial, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service. If you are not legally able to accept these terms on your own, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.

Using Flarial

Flarial is a utility client and related service for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Flarial, other users, or third-party services.

Do not disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass service security.
Do not distribute malware, impersonate others, or use Flarial to harass or exploit people.
Do not automate access at a scale that interferes with the service or ignore technical restrictions.
Follow the rules of any Minecraft server you join. A server may restrict or prohibit client modifications even when Flarial provides them.

Software and updates

Flarial changes how Minecraft behaves and may stop working after a game, operating-system, or service update. Use it at your own risk, keep backups where appropriate, and install releases only from official Flarial sources. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to maintain compatibility, safety, or the service.

Accounts

Some features use a Flarial account connected through Discord. You are responsible for access to your linked account and for activity performed through it. Do not share tokens, recovery codes, or other credentials. We may limit or disable access when necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, or enforce these terms.

Paid services

Prices, billing intervals, included features, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments. You authorize the charges shown at checkout and are responsible for keeping your billing information current. You can manage an active subscription through the account or billing portal made available with the service.

Refund eligibility follows the terms shown at purchase and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact support@flarial.xyz if a charge or entitlement is incorrect.

Community content

You remain responsible for content, scripts, modules, messages, or other material you submit or install. Do not submit material you lack permission to share. Community-created software may have its own author and license; review it before use. Flarial may remove content or access that violates these terms or creates a security or legal risk.

Ownership and licenses

These terms do not transfer ownership of Flarial names, logos, website content, or software. Some Flarial source repositories are distributed under open-source licenses. The license page identifies those repositories and explains how repository-specific license files control.

Flarial is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft and Mojang.

Third-party services

Flarial can link to or depend on services operated by Discord, Stripe, Google, Microsoft, Minecraft servers, and other providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. Flarial is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or decisions.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flarial is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, compatible, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Flarial is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
