Android client update released August 18, 2026.

Changes
- Flarial is back on Google Play! Open the Play Store listing
- Fixed the Zoom module’s shaking effect.
- Fixed incorrect hitbox behavior.
Moving data between the Standard APK and Play Store app
The restored Google Play listing uses a different Android package name from the Standard APK. Android therefore cannot automatically move Flarial data between the two apps.
Flarial’s migration tool moves data only in the direction currently offered by the app. The Migration Wizard identifies the source and destination before anything changes.
Migration tutorial
- Update the installed Flarial app that currently contains your data. Do not uninstall it or clear its data.
- Install the other official Flarial app: the Google Play version or the Standard APK, as directed by the migration prompt.
- Open the source app and follow the migration prompt. If it does not appear, open
Settings → General → Manage Files → Open Migration Wizard. - Keep both apps open and do not force-stop either app until the migration finishes.
- Open the destination app and verify your data before removing the source app.
The migration copies:
- Minecraft worlds, resource packs, behavior packs, skin packs, and Minecraft options
- Flarial settings, module configuration, and launcher preferences
- Xbox/XAL files and logs
It does not copy:
- Discord or Flarial+ login, because its encryption key belongs to the original app
- Android permissions, notification settings, caches, or embedded-browser data
- Device-protected data, app-specific external storage, and system-managed data
- Package-bound runtime files, which the destination app recreates
You may need to sign in to Discord, Flarial+, Xbox, or Minecraft again if the copied session is rejected. The source app’s data is left untouched. Existing data in the destination app is replaced only with rollback protection; Migration Snapshots retain the prior destination data.
If worlds or packs do not appear in the destination app, do not uninstall or clear either app. Open Settings → General → Manage Files; Flarial can offer to move valid content from the inactive Minecraft storage location. If data is missing from both apps, stop using or reinstalling them and contact support with both Flarial versions and screenshots of Manage Files.
