The Windows distribution has moved from a portable launcher executable to the Windows Installer, which installs the MSIX-packaged Flarial Launcher.

What changed

Existing portable-launcher users receive a migration prompt.
The Windows Installer requests administrator permission only during setup so it can install the certificate required by the MSIX package.
The installed Flarial Launcher and its automatic updates do not require administrator permission.
The Flarial Launcher opens automatically after setup completes.

Download and verify the current Windows Installer through the official Flarial download page. If installation fails, use the current troubleshooting guidance rather than bypassing an unexpected security warning.
