Changes

• Reworked how the launcher handles launching Minecraft
• When launching GDK versions of the game, the PC Bootstrapper is fully bypassed
  • This simplifies how the launcher handles launch logic for GDK versions
  • This also avoids any issues with a modified PC Bootstrapper executable
